Somebody please help me!
I was shouting in my head as I was struggling to break free from Kevin's harassment. He was too strong. It seemed that my energy has been drained. I just closed my eyes and hoped for a miracle to happen. I prayed for someone to stop him. Anyone, just please help me!
Then I felt someone grabbed my arm.
"Don't you dare touch her again!" I heard an angry scream. I opened my eyes and saw Donghae standing in front of me. He was still holding my arm. I was not expecting him to come but he did. He just saved me. He then looked at me. It was the first time that I've seen that facial expression. He looked pissed, even more than that. "Let's get out of here."
We went to the elevator and Donghae seemed troubled on which floor to press. I pressed deck four. I didn't know why but I just pressed it to go fast. As the elevator started moving, he let go of my hand.
We both remained silent. I looked at his face and realized he was still mad. He looked like his character Bu Po Shang in Skip Beat drama yet his expression was more intense. I wondered what made him this mad.
"Thank you," I finally said it. "Thank you for saving me back there."
He bit his lip and sighed. "I should be sorry. I'm sorry... for being late."
"What are you saying? You just saved me. If you didn't come, if you didn't -" I stopped myself. I couldn't imagine what could have happened if he didn't come.
The elevator door opened. We went out and without any conversation, we headed towards the Strauss Dining Room. I guess we were both hungry. There were few people in the room. Donghae went to a table at the farthest corner and I followed him. The waiter then asked for our orders and left after we told him.
"Hey," I started the conversation because it seemed he wouldn't talk unless I did. "Are you still mad?"
"How can you remain composed after what happened to you?" he asked with a raised tone. I was shocked.
"But I'm safe now. Thanks to you!" I said.
"I was almost late! I should have followed you right away!" He was so tensed and kept looking at the table. He clenched his fist and punched the table lightly.
"Hey... calm down," I said and placed my hand on his clenched fist. He looked at me and relaxed. "I'm fine now. Thank you so much for being there. Just forget what happened."
"I've decided," he held my hand. I swear my heart skipped a beat. "I will protect you."
I was speechless by his statement. He didn't have any responsibility for what has happened but why was he acting like that?
I saw the waiter heading towards us bringing our orders. I let go of my hand as the waiter placed our orders on our table. We started eating as we couldn't hide our hunger anymore. After eating, Donghae walked me to my cabin.
"Again, thank you for today," I told Donghae as I entered my cabin. He just smiled at me. "Goodnight."
"Goodnight," he said and I closed the door.
This was the most stressful day of the cruise. I've never really imagined things like this happening in my life. After a short wash, I directly went to bed. Donghae may think that I was cool with all that has happened but he never saw how exhausted I was. I easily fell asleep.

I woke up when I heard a knock on my door. I am a very light sleeper. I stood up and opened the door. All my sleepiness had gone away when I saw the man standing in front of me. It was Donghae.
"Good morning!" he greeted with a smile. As I was about to respond to his greeting, I realized that I just got up from bed, that my hair was all over the place and my face looked awful. I decided to bang the door. "Hey!" I heard him shout outside my cabin.
"Wait! Just let me be presentable!" I shouted back. I rushed to the bathroom, took a bath, combed my hair, brushed my teeth and changed. When I believed I was already 'presentable', I opened the door. Donghae was still standing there.
"Good morning again!" he greeted childishly.
"Hello. So what brought you so early here?" I said, trying to catch my breath.
"Hmn.. Nothing!" he said.
Just what are you trying to do Lee Donghae? I thought. "So, you came here for nothing?"
"Well... I wondered if you could come with me."
"Where?"
"Ice Skating."
Uh-oh. I've wanted to do that for a long time but I swear to God I was born without balance in my system. How can I do that?
"But, I don't know how," I confessed.
"I'll teach you. But first, let's have breakfast."
We headed to Vivaldi dining room at deck three. After having a light breakfast, we went to the Ice Skating Rink at deck two. There were few people since it was still early in the morning. We got our shoes and our jackets and headed to the rink. Donghae easily stood on the ice. I stopped by the door and hesitated because I was pretty sure I wouldn't be able to stand on the ice.
Donghae looked at me and invited me to step forward. He was standing about five meters away from me. I was too nervous to even raise my leg.
"Althea, come here!" he invited me. He kept smiling at me. I thought he would teach me but he just stood there. He didn't even held out his hand for me to hold on. I started to think that this was a bad idea.
"You know well that I don't know how to do this right?" I told him. He just smiled. "How can I possible go there when I don't even know how to stand alone there?"
"Don't you trust me?" he said. I didn't expect that from him.
"Of course I do! But-"
"Just come here!"
I took a deep breath and started to walk on the rink, at first while holding the bars. I tried so hard to balance myself and I could feel my feet shaking. Then I looked at Donghae's eyes and started to skate towards him. It was fine for like five seconds but then I got out of balance and I knew I would fall.
This is it! I'm going to die! I thought and closed my eyes.
Then I realized I didn't fall. When I opened my eyes, I saw Donghae's face so close to mine.
And...
He was hugging me...
